Small code readability improvements to kick off refactoring of whole codebase (#196)

  • Move DSL macros to a separate package and split ChimneyBlackbox macros into TransformerBlackboxMacros and PatcherBlackboxMacros

  • Move readConfig from TransformerMacros to TransformerConfigSupport

  • Rename Flags type parameter to InstanceFlags where it could increase readability

  • Rename refinementTree in refineTransformerDefinition method and simplyfy refineTransformerDefinition_Hack implementation

  • Fix formatting after refactor
